Job Description

As a Business Analyst in the Corporate Services and Channels department you will work with the development of the online channel for business customers in Danske Bank called 'Business Online'. The job consists of requirements gathering from business stakeholders, translating these business needs into a clear specification that can be used for development, participating in the development and implementation and ensuring that the final solution is rolled out to customers and organizationally implemented in Danske Bank. 

You will work on smaller and larger projects depending on the specific business needs and your specific competencies. 

The department specifically focuses on the Business Online agreement set up and the user rights. This means that the department is centrally placed in handling all functionality in Business Online and as a Business Analyst you must therefore work with many different departments and stakeholders. 

The department consists of around 18 colleagues in Denmark, 10 in India and we are looking for 5 new colleagues in Lithuania. 

Requirements

As a Business analyst you preferably have the following competencies:

  • Good communication skills (English) 
  • Strong understanding of requirements specification
  • Ability to find and define user needs
  • Communication with business stakeholders
  • Understanding of IT
