SYSTEM ENGINEER FOR EBUSINESS SECURITY

Do you want to be part of a newly established team in Lithuania partly responsible for Danske Bank’s security solutions? Join our eBusiness Security department and play a significant role in our Lithuanian team when you help us develop and deliver a new unified security model on different platforms, from online banking all the way to integration with mobile apps.

• As a system engineer/architect you will primarily be maintaining and handling operations of the platform which is supporting the online customer facing solutions in Danske Bank
• You will have a central role in situations and incidents as well as problem management and root cause analysis of issues
• A large part of your duties in handling incidents will involve monitoring and troubleshooting in hosted systems and applications as well as the platform infrastructure
• You will be part of the team which ensures gradual evolution of the platform. Together with the team you will have a key role in defining the future platform setup of the customer facing solutions in Danske Bank
• There is a high focus on maintaining a high availability of the solutions running on the platform, and ensuring the robustness of the platform while keeping it optimised for the needs of future applications

• An IT professional background, and a strong knowledge of Microsoft products like:
  o Windows Server 2008R2/2012
  o Threat management gateway (TMG)
  o Internet Information Server (IIS)
  o SQL and server clustering
  o System Center – especially Operations Manager (SCOM)
• A profound understanding of network communication, firewall setup and application firewalls
• Experience in monitoring, IT system administration, platform architecture
• Experience in system engineering or architecture with the ability to navigate and operate in the layer between hardware infrastructure and business applications
• Have a deep understanding of advantages and disadvantages of different setups
