Job Description

Whose main responsibilities are: - using a range of office software, including email, spreadsheets and databases - developing and implementing new administrative systems. - organising the office layout and maintaining supplies of stationery and equipment - organising and chairing meetings with staff - overseeing the recruitment of new staff, sometimes including training and induction - responding to customer enquiries and complaints - basic elementary knowledge of accounting - making translations from various type of English documents to Lithuanian. - managing documents, documents data beses.

Requirements

We assume: - professional education - previous working experience 3 years - excellent verbal and written English and Lithuanian - accuracy, reliability, initiative, analytical skills, independency, good stress tolerance - good computer skills Beneficial skills: - command of the Russian.
