Job Description
• Estimate, Develop, maintain and execute manual and/or automated tests in a fast-paced environment;
• Follow software testing process, report defects, and report on progress;
• Participate in requirement and design reviews for product enhancements;
• Provide support to internal and external teams for product support activities;
• Provide feedback to improve the software development and quality control processes;
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Development Managers, Technical Support and Test Managers to plan product development and release schedules;
• Supervision of Software Testers;
• Competently resolve technical problems associated with assigned products;
• Responsible for assisting project leaders to deliver, attending project review meetings as required;
• Analyze the results of testing to determine and resolve any common causes for problems;
• Proactively suggest ways of improving testing processes and standards, and the use of testing tools;
• Help with test environments preparation.

Requirements
• Higher education in Computer Science, Software Engineering or similar, may be a student;
• A good experience of test engineering, testing certificates would be a plus
• Intermediate level of verbal and written communication skills in English;
• Knowledge or practical experience of modern development lifecycle methodology, agile project management, SCRUM would be a plus;
• Database (SQL; Oracle) knowledge would be a big plus;
• Test automation knowledge would be a plus;
• Test environments preparation knowledge would be a good plus;
• Excellent analytical skills and creative problem solving ability;
• Self-motivation and goal-orientated;
• Ability to learn and apply newly assimilated knowledge quickly.
