Regional Sales Manager for a Western heat pump components company in Lithuania

The Company, which now is increasing its sales force in the Baltic region, is a Western European company specializing in installation materials, accessories and tools for heat pumps and air-condition. The Company is today active in the Nordic countries and the Baltic States, where it has a subsidiary located in Central Lithuania.

The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for the Company’s sales in the Baltic States, including both development of existing customers and new customers sales.

The location of the Regional Sales Manager’s will be at the Company’s office in Central Lithuania or work from home office anywhere in Lithuania.

Requirements

Preliminary criteria for the candidate include: Experience • 10-15 years of professional management experience • Candidate should have experience of working as Sales Manager or Area Sales Manager, preferably including sales of installation materials / tools or related products to relevant customer segments (such as HVAC, construction, plumbing) • Proven ability of successful business development from zero • Strong contact net in the installation market segment is an asset Education • Higher education, not necessarily in engineering, but with basic technical competence Language skills • Working English • Russian language skills is an advantage Computer skills • MS Office literacy (Word, Excel, Power-point, Outlook) Personal characteristics • Self-motivated independent worker with entrepreneurial mind-set • Ambitious, target driven and competitive person • Accurate, professional, stress resistant, reliable and energetic • Good social and communication skills • Customer oriented; able to guide and advise customers in a positive way. • Motivated by the opportunity to work in the dynamic and challenging tempo of a growing company in constant development Other • Experience from previous work with Western companies is an advantage • Readiness to travel extensively • Readiness to work into neighbouring countries is an asset • Driving license
