Tax Risk Management Officer (m/f) - Job based in Luxembourg

In order to accompany the growth of our Tax Department, we are currently seeking a Tax Risk Management Officer. What is it about? As a Tax Risk Management Officer, you will:

Participate in the implementation of Deloitte reputation and risk management policies and procedures;

Participate in the establishment of policies and procedures for acceptance and continuance of clients and engagements;

Develop and maintain standard engagement letters based on service line-specific needs;

Participate in the annual client portfolio review process and programs for higher risk clients, and assist in the implementation of any remedial actions identified through this process;

Administer tax practice reviews (global and internal) targeting to determine compliance of reputation and risk management policies;

Assist in developing and implementing reputation and risk management learning within tax practice including identifying training needs with respect to tax risk issues and organizing and facilitating such training/learning sessions; Who are you? To be the right fit for this position, you have to:

Demonstrate 1-3 years’ experience in a similar position

Be proficient in tax risk management matters

Demonstrate a professional judgment, technical knowledge, and business insight

Be client service oriented

Understand the tax practice's clients and markets and its external and internal risk environment;
