As the Talent Sourcer it is up to you to determine, develop, and implement candidate sourcing strategies and plans to provide an engaged, diverse candidate pool using cutting edge techniques and competitive intelligence. You strive for an opportunity to build, facilitate and continually optimize the processes and strategies for proactive acquisition and pipelining of talent Here’s a little taste of your challenge
  • Build partnerships with internal recruiters, hiring managers and executive leaders to identify key talent needs
  • Create sourcing strategies to identify the specific talent for positions
  • Build a pipeline of the best technical talents for Engineer vacancies of TomTom across the world
  • Research market and industry trends to pinpoint talent pools and sourcing opportunities
  • Generate candidate leads using multiple, innovative and contemporary sourcing techniques
  • Creates and nurture a community of engaged technical talent for key-positions What we expect from you
  • Experience in designing and developing recruiting strategies for executing a high volume of professional and technical searches simultaneously, with little guidance
  • Advanced internet sourcing proficiency with experience developing Boolean search strings and data harvesting
  • Ability to efficiently manage a heavy workload, work independently, and prioritize effectively
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in teams; collaboration skills, ability to share responsibility for results, provide and accept feedback, request and provide support and represent team plans and decisions
  • Strong affinity with the IT Industry and the development within it. What you can expect from us
