We are seeking a talented Sous Chef to join our esteemed high-end Chinese cuisine restaurant. The Sous Chef will work closely with the Head Chef to oversee kitchen operations, maintain food quality and consistency, and lead a team of culinary professionals. While experience in Chinese cuisine is advantageous, it is not mandatory.
