Spa Therapist - Assistant

We are currently recruiting for a Spa Therapist - Assistant at the Von Stackelberg Hotel Zen SPA, Tallinn. The Von Stackelberg hotel is an elegant lifestyle hotel located in the center of Tallinn and that is why is a great place to work.

We are looking for a warm, friendly and proactive Spa Therapist – Assistant to join our team at our Zen SPA on a part-time basis. Work-time includes evenings and weekends on a rota basis and the work therfore is suitable for a student. As an Assistant you will work closely with our Therapists as well as Reception. You will have a desk at the Receiption area to assist our customers at spot with any SPA treatments related questions. The job also requires massage therapy skills. We use Fleur's and Sothys products and treatments and full product training is provided. 

• Most of all, you’ll have a friendly, welcoming and genuine manner.
• You will need to hold a qualification in Beauty and Massage or equivalent to be considered for this position and be able to carry out massage treatments.
• You’ll be excellent at building a rapport with our guests and be passionate about making them feel relaxed, indulged and inspired.
• You’ll feel confident in acting as an expert and giving advice to guests on suitable products that will match their personal needs. 
• You’ll have a streak of sales in you, looking for opportunities to recommend spa products and return treatments.
• You will be assisting Spa Manager in daily communication when needed.
• English and Estonan language proficiency is required.

• You will receive basic salary plus 20% commission from each treatment.
