.Net Developer in Cash Management

Cash Management is a development area in Group IT within Transaction Banking IT part of Group IT. Cash Management is anchored in Brabrand with development department in India and now starting up in Lithuania also. In Cash Management we develop Cash Management solutions for all corporate customers in the bank group, especially with focus on self-serve systems via our Business Online portal. We have a continued focus to stay in the very top as the provider of the best Cash Management solutions in the Nordic market, which require continues improvement and development on our strong platform. A primary challenge is to build the future new Integration Services Gateway for integration between the banks Cash Management solutions and corporate customers. The new Developers in Lithuania will be interacting with Business Analysts in the team and the team manager bas well as with other Developers and Business Analysts in other Cash Management departments, and in other development areas in Group IT.

Responsibilities:
• Build the artefacts needed for the new Integration Services Gateway, with class leading design principles
• Get to know the current EDI Gateway to understand as-is situation, as input to building the new to-be setup
• Actively contribute to the architectural principles and solutions.
• Give valuable input to the short term and long term systems strategy
• Contribute to building a strong knowledge-team for .Net and midrange development, tools and principles

• 5+ years of experience in .Net and C# technologies
• Familiar with architectural principles and solutions
• Strong database skills, for database design (data modelling) and performance optimizations
• Analytical thinking and problem solving
• Ability to challenge and support the business via Business Analysts and Team Manager
• Solid and relevant academic background
• Able to show results from previous work
• Flair for learning new domains
• Focus on high quality in the end to end lifecycle
• Process maturity – have been working with defined processes earlier
• Trustworthy
• Motivating
