Sales Manager

• A large focus is to serve customers with the materials at the right time and the right quality, and solve the problems that arise in the process;
• To be responsible for the sales and marketing of the company;
• Plan and coordinate all activities concerning new and also existing markets of particleboards;
• Allocate areas to sales executives;
• Investigates and benchmark competitors;
• Keeping good relationship with existing customers and building relationships with new customers;
• Regular updating of stock level of finished products.

• University education in business or economics;
• Experience in wood related industrial companies;
• Excellent English and Russian language skills (written and oral);
• Extremely strong skills in negotiation;
• Strong driving force with ability to deliver results;
• Proactive approach to work, excellent organizational and communication skills;
• Good computer skills (MS Office environment);
• Willingness to learn, independence, responsibility.
