Be a part of a team responsible for shaping the reputation of spaceship to the premier league of e-commerce in the health & wellness global market. As a communication officer, you would be responsible for development and implementation of internal and external communication strategies that support business objectives, build trust among key audiences and drive reputation of Kilo Health as a great place to work.

 

Get Ready To

 

  • Lead the development and implementation of strategic communication plans that include a variety of tactics including internal and external communication, social media content and employer branding strategies
  • Proactively identify opportunities to build and protect Kilo Health’s reputation
  • Serve as a spokesperson and member of the emergency and crisis response team.
  • Research industry-related topics and generate ideas for social media content.
  • Facilitate ongoing communication and media training for other company executives and spokespeople.
  • Build internal and external relationships to help effectively deliver integrated communication strategies.
  • Create communications and experiences to keep employees informed, engaged and proud to be at Kilo Health.
  • Work with communications team members to conceptualise and implement communications strategies and campaigns
  • Respond to media inquiries and perform media outreach to achieve brand placement in publications

 

Requirements

We Expect You To

 

  • Have a solid experience in a professional communications or public relations 
  • Have demonstrated ability generating and executing creative ideas
  • Have proven ability to perform in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Have a strong leadership, influencing and project management skills
  • Be skilled at identifying and leveraging new technologies to advance communication, experience of innovative approaches and smart risk taking
  • Be able to understand audience: Ability to understand the needs of each audience (e.g., employees, key partners, customers, etc.) and create effective communications to reach those audiences
  • Have strong presentation, writing/positioning and editing skills.
  • Have the ability to think strategically and identify ways to improve communication efforts
