CHANGE CONTROL COORDINATOR

Job Type

To manage Change Control System (CCS) projects and track changes, track change-related activities, assure a systematic and effective implementation of changes according to applicable procedures and work instructions.

Main Responsibilities

• To ensure that CCS and Change Control process is maintained and implemented to control as many changes in organisation as possible;
• To participate in Change Control projects as a part of the team to support successful and timely implementation of projects;
• To effectively interact with other departments and manufacturing sites regarding change control activities;
• To verify project implementation as per as per applicable procedures and work instructions;
• To train personnel on how to use the CCS;
• To organise meetings related to ongoing change control projects and prepare meeting minutes.

Essential Skills

• Higher university education;
• Documentation and correspondence writing skills in English;
• Verbal and writing communication skills in Lithuanian;

Desirable Skills

• Basic knowledge in areas of project coordination and quality management systems;
• Ability to work on multiple projects and tasks;
• Problem solving and decision making skills;
• Ability to work individually or as part of a team;
• Proactivity and self-motivation;
• Effective communication skills.
