As a member of the Molecular Biology R&D team, you will work on an innovation project aiming to create new generation DNA polymerases using in vitro evolution techniques. The goal is to create an artificial clamp structure by introducing short peptide sequences, which would interact and impede dissociation of polymerase from template DNA. This position will challenge you scientifically and offer opportunities to expand your experience in the field of protein engineering.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Design experiments, plan and perform laboratory work
  • Analyze data and present results internally and externally
  • Maintain strong adherence to regulatory compliance and safety requirements
  • Independently identify areas for further innovation and support continuous improvement efforts

Reikalavimai

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology (or closely related discipline)
  • Clear understanding and practical experience in basic molecular biology and/or protein biology techniques
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

 

Skills and Attributes:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
