As a Supply Chain Specialist, you will ensure a timely supply of components for the production of commercial vehicles. You will send orders for various suppliers, order transportation, and monitor delivery. You will also monitor the quality of supply and lead the adaptation to change circumstances. Where needed, you will take leadership to improve various processes on a daily bases.

A Day in the Life of a Supply Chain Specialist:

• Review the stock and demand for each manufacturing project.
• Generate orders to suppliers and monitor the supply of such components. 
• Manage logistics by dealing with the best transportation offer and analyzing various logistics platforms and transport providers.
• Monitor supply information on our unique project planning platform. Ensure that information on such platform is timely updated and master data is maintained correctly.
• Explore and experiment with new ways of utilizing data and statistical methods to enhance the quality of supply planning and generate high-value business insights within and beyond demand and supply planning.

• Being open-minded toward new and diverse ways of doing things 
• Excellent planning and organizational skills; highly developed ability to work in an intensely changing environment
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
