Your key responsibilities:

  • Strategic E-commerce Development. Devise and implement strategic plans for the company's online sales, overseeing the entire e-commerce operation.
  • Third-Party Platform Expansion: Identify, evaluate, and strategize the expansion of the company's product presence on third-party e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, eBay, and others, aiming to maximize sales opportunities and brand visibility.
  • Optimization and Sales Growth: Develop strategies to drive sales, enhance product visibility, and manage day-to-day operations on third-party platforms, ensuring revenue targets are met.
  • Partnership Management: Establish and maintain relationships with platform representatives and external partners to optimize collaborations and achieve mutual goals.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor sales metrics, customer behavior, and platform performance, providing insights to optimize strategies and drive results.
  • Content Management: Oversee content strategy, ensuring that product descriptions, visuals, and overall presentation align with brand standards and resonate with the target audience.
  • E-commerce Technology Management: Evaluate and implement new technologies or tools that can enhance the e-commerce platform’s functionality, security, and efficiency.
  • Cross-Platform Integration: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure integration between the company's e-commerce platform and third-party platforms, facilitating efficient inventory management, pricing consistency, and customer experience.


Qualifications, experience and skills:

  • Proven experience in E-commerce and in managing sales or operations on major third-party E-commerce platforms like Amazon, eBay, etc.
  • Proficiency in navigating and utilizing the functionalities of various third-party e-commerce platforms, understanding their policies, tools, and best practices to drive successful sales strategies.
  • Understanding of the dynamics, algorithms, and trends within third-party e-commerce platforms, enabling effective product positioning and sales optimization.
  • Innovative and strategic thinker.
  • Analytical mindset, confidence to start things from scratch and persistence to drive processes from plan to close.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Adaptability, problem-solving, ability to navigate challenges efficiently.
  • Degree in Business, Marketing, or Relevant Field. Certification in e-commerce or digital marketing is a plus.
  • Fluent written and spoken English, other languages will be an advantage.

Starting from 3300 Eur gross monthly salary, meeting your skills and professional experience. The bonus system depending on the performance. Salary audit after 6/12 months.
