Job Description
In On-boarding & Ongoing Due Diligence Private Customers (AML) we are specializing in making sure our wealth management customer portfolio is in accordance with regulatory requirements and our internal guidelines. As Operations Officer, You will have a regular contact with the customers, frontline and colleagues in Lithuania and abroad.
You will join a team with a mix of different personalities, who like to collaborate closely and use each other as sparring-partners.
Focus area
- AML Know Your Customer (KYC) process in compliance with regulatory and internal policies
- Identification process of customers with a high level of complexity
- Risk assessment
- Suggesting and implementing continuous improvements practices
- Performance of other tasks related to AML compliance
Requirements
- Knowledge of AML, Know Your Customer (KYC) tasks and at least 1 year of previous relevant experience
- Higher degree in Economics, Business Administration, Law or similar
- Banking industry experience would be considered as a great advantage
- Self-motivation and focus on team success
- Ability to process complex tasks
- Excellent analytical skills and accuracy
- Excellent customer service skills
- Fluent English both in speaking and writing
- Knowledge of other languages would be an advantage
