Rental Sales Agent/ Nuomos pardavimo agentas

Your tasks:
- Rental of high quality and modern cars;
- Offer optional extras to the customer according to his/her needs;
- Handle all telephone and email inquiries in a friendly and helpful manner;
- Provide excellent customer service in all customer contact situations according to our quality standards;
- Organize the daily reservations according to the available fleet;
- Invoicing and payment control;
- Other job duties as assigned to meet the business needs.

Your profile:
- You have experience in customer service and sales;
- You are a team player with a positive attitude;
- You enjoy working with demanding customers;
- You have good PC literacy knowledge;
- You have excellent English and native language spoken and written language skills, preferable good Russian language knowledge;
- You are enthusiastic about cars and have a driver's license category B, experience at least 2 years.
