Right now, we are looking for a Head of Monitoring Operations at our Service Centre located in Siauliai. I am Martynas Nicajus and I am Service Assurance and Operations Department at Telia Lietuva. We are a great bunch of people, and I am super proud of every member of our team.
In an ever changing technology landscape the need for new ways of monitoring is always present. Our mission is to always have a clear view of what the state of our IT services and networks are. This includes having an E2E view of customer experience, performance, security and system health among other things. We are now looking for a candidate to help strengthen our view even more for existing and coming technologies, as well as enhancing our capabilities in proactive work.
Your next challenge?
If you want to be a key player in the forefront of data driven cross-domain E2E monitoring, you are perfect for my team. You will initiate and drive activities that will ensure the operational excellence of our services – and you will be a key player in enhancing our capabilities for proactive actions. Your team members are located in Siauliai but they are actively cooperating with colleagues and customers across Lithuania and abroad.
Who are you?
You are independent with a strong drive and technically skilled person. Still, you are a team player that appreciate an inclusive team environment. You have a strong background in monitoring big scale estate. Change and transformation is looked at as a fun challenge and a chance to adopt future technologies and improve ways of working. Best practice is a natural part of your thinking.
You are solution driven with an analytical mindset and have the ability to guide your team without micro-management.

Background in monitoring of networks/services, IP networks, transmission, complex IT environments (cloud, virtual/physical servers, data centers and voice services)
