Job Description
HKScan Baltic finance organization is seeking a controller/finance business partner to join our Baltics Operations. Purpose of this role is to lead the Baltics site operations together with the local site leadership teams (Jelgava, Rakvere, Tabasalu) and provide first class finance and control business partnership to the Baltic production management. You will report to HKScan Group’s Baltic Business Controller and work closely on a daily basis with your team of two analysts and a site controller as well as with the managers of the Baltics Operations team. The company uses Navision software.
Requirements
As a controller you will be responsible for:
* Acting as a finance business partner to the Baltic and site management teams responsible for performance and financial steering and reporting;
*Running end-to-end finance and controlling operations for the total Baltic Operations controlling based on sites;
*Preparing forecasts, annual plans and budget; running strategic long-range planning, simulations and scenario building for your functions;
*Monthly reporting of COGS, Capex, variance and chosen performance indicators (KPI) on timely manner;
*Driving continuous improvement culture and preparing proposals for investment and efficiency projects.
You are a great candidate if you have a university degree in finance or equivalent and have good knowledge of business processes in production. Experience in working as a site or production controller would come as a strong advantage. You are analytical, able to establish cause and effect and present the results in a reasoned manner. You have knowledge of IFRS and key financial accounting terms. Experience in leading a team would be an advantage. Proficiency in English is essential. Knowledge of conversation-level Estonian and Russian are an advantage.
