Country Business Manager

An exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual to join a leading European manufacturer MOKATE Group – producer of LOYD tea and MOKATE coffee- at a time of growth and development in Baltics. The business is renowned for a range of market leading products with strong brands and has ambitious plans for further significant development in Baltic Region. We are now looking for Country Business Manager to join our team and help in this exciting development in the retail sector.

The successful Country Business Manager will be dealing with:
• Managing and developing cooperation with strategic partner in Lithuania
• Winning new business from both contacts and self-generating leads in the retail sector
• Sales presentations to both new and existing customers
• Managing and developing relationship with key accounts
• Ongoing account management, developing and maintaining customer ranges
• Prospecting new business both over the phone and face to face

The ideal Country Business Manager will ideally have the following skills and experience:
• Proven business development and account management experience in FMCG
• Minimum 5 years’ sector experience in tea & coffee categories (as an additional advantage)
• You will be pro-active, self-motivated and have strong ability to work on own initiative
• Excellent presentation and analytical skills
• Be numerical and proficient in all Microsoft packages
• Good in English
• Ability to work independently
