We have an ambitious plan to further grow our business in Lithuania – with your professional help! As our key person in Lithuania, you will be responsible for our economic success. You will support our key accounts together with your dedicated sales team and take care of production operation and development together with your professional production manager and his team.
On a daily basis, you will actively participate in sales and marketing to our existing and new industrial clients in Lithuania but also in Poland, Sweden and Germany.
You will be based at our Vilnius office, and business trips will take you to the neighboring countries. As one of our key persons, you will report directly to Finnish HQ.
In this commercial role, we expect you to be a results-driven, self-motivated and positive person with well-developed B2B sales and managerial skills. In order to excel in your position, you should have good business acumen, communication skills and relevant technical interest/experience. You should have proven work experience in sales and (department) management, preferably in an international technical B2B environment.
You possess a university degree, are an experienced MS Office user and are willing to take business trips. You have good English, Lithuanian and Russian skills; German or any other language skill is an obvious benefit.
