Quality management (make sure operator working according to WI to assure high product quality;
support quality team for problem solving to improve line quality performance);
Order management (arrange operator based on daily production order to keep line running and delivery on time;
flexible operator arrangement to improve labor utilization and avoid waste);
Staff management (manage operator's attendance and performance evaluation, monitor working discipline;
operator OJT training implement and qualification);
Equipment management (organize daily machine preventive maintenance and checking related working record; implement line tour and feedback machine abnormal information to IE engineer based on escalation procedure);
Material management (make good management and usage for material and control the material consumption reasonably; implement daily material and semi-finished goods stocktaking);
Workplace management (implement company and shop floor regulation; manage work station facility and implement 5S visualization activity; support shop floor ESH coordinator to check potential safety issue).

College degree or above;
2 years production management experience in auto industry, being familiar with electronic manufacturing process;
Production management experience;
Lean manufacturing - basic understanding;
English - basic or above understanding;
SAP production related module - basic or above experience;
Office application software (Excel, Power point, Word, etc.) - advanced;
Quality tools - advanced.
