Customer Service Representative (late shift)

Job Description

  • Provide excellent customer service through phone, e-mail and live chat in a timely and accurate manner
  • Ensure that customers issues, concerns, and/or questions are resolved both promptly and thoroughly
  • Provide customers with products and orders information;
  • Communicate with vendors regarding orders and products
  • Manage orders in internal company system;
  • Maintain a balance between company policy and customer benefit in decision making
  • Provide suggestions and feedback for system’s improvements
  • Be initiative to meet the customers and the company’s expectation

Requirements

  • Excellent knowledge of English language
  • Experience in customer service  - would be an advantage
  • Good computer skills
  • Customer service orientation and excellent communication skills;
  • Ability to work from 5 P.M. to 2 A.M. (Monday to Friday)
