Lead and expand the best HR Services Team in Vilnius and Tallinn!
Hi there, we’re on the look out for the Head of HR Services covering Lithuania and Estonia with a focus on expansion of our services portfolio in Vilnius while reporting to the Head of HR Services Group located in Sweden. Our head office is located in Solna and we have offices located in 6 countries across Baltics and Nordics.
Your next challenge?
In this role you would be responsible for accurate and timely Payroll and HR processes within organisation by effective oversight of local & global HR & Payroll System. You would focus on driving existing portfolio growth by facilitating continuous improvement and automation. In addition, you would be providing a high level of customer service to business leaders, managers and employees.
More detailed responsibilities include:
Manage and develop team members and assure collaboration, effectiveness and superior customer service across HR Services Team Lithuania and Estonia.
Drive expansion of existing HR service portfolio.
Provide leadership and support to the team for issues resolution, developing new functionality, enhancing current functionality, upgrades and implementation management.
Ensure HR administration process is accurate and effective ensuring a ‘best employer’ employee experience.
Manage and continuously improve HR & Payroll processes to achieve desired business outcomes and compliance with Lithuania and Estonia labour law requirements.
Ensure that strong HR controls are in place and working effectively and are compliant with Group and local statutory requirements.
Serve as a liaison between the business, HR, IT, external vendors and functional support teams.
Strive for service excellence and be an effective role model demonstrating leadership behaviours and values.
Is this position ideal for you?
Degree in HR/Business related field or equivalent experience.
Professional HR qualification desirable.
Experience with HR & Payroll systems.
Working within a fast-changing organization, ideally matrix.
Passionate about quality of HR and customer service.
You have a proven track record of positively influencing teams and their leaders.
You also have developed interpersonal skills and proven ability to consult with employees to get them through various situations.
