Job Description

  • Quickly solve issues or work arounds, advise the next operator of possible solutions and distribute the tickets
  • Take calls, put them through, register, monitor, categorize and accurately fill in all required information
  • Inform customers about the progression of tickets and be the link between the customer and the internal IT organization
  • Create and maintain knowledge items, work instructions and manuals for customers

Requirements

  • A proficiency level of a Independent user (B2) in English
  • A proficiency level of a Independent user (B2) in German
  • Active Directory/Exchange administration knowledge
  • Knowledge of Windows 10 & Office(365)
  • Knowledge of hardware: notebooks, desktops and android/iOS smartphones
  • Social, Friendly, Attentive, trustworthy and patient when talking to customers
  • Autonomous, problem solver, passionate and dependable, responsible
