Job Description

  • Coordination of work of employees and subcontractors in the technological, mechanical, electrical and automation and measurement control equipment sector
  • ongoing preparation of the budget, plans and timetables in the area of resposibility
  • cooperation with contractors, selection of subcontractor/supplier, negotiation of contract terms in the area of responsibility
  • billing of works and supervision over preparation of quotations for the investor in the area of responsibility
  • control of subcontractors' works and their billing based on contract requirements in the area of responsibility
  • management of subordinate personnel
  • monthly reporting of the progress of works based on the contract and internal procedures of the company in the subordinate scope
  • participation in technical supervision over the process of purchasing equipment and services

Requirements

  • university degree in technical education (in the thermo-mechanical, process or automation industry)
  • proven minimum 5 years of professional experience in a similar position on the EPC project (energy- CHP plant with steam turbine or waste incineration plant),
  • at least 3 years of experience as a team leader,
  • skills in Microsoft Office, Project , AutoCAD,
  • English - C1, very good level, reading technical documentation and communicating freely at meetings
  • Polish and Lithuanian languages are welcome
  • ability to negotiate and solve problems and lead a team
  • ability to make independent decisions
  • ability to work under time pressure
  • ability to design PFD and P&ID process diagrams
  • driving licence
  • -place of residence Lithuania.
