ACCOUNT MANAGER (Italian market)

• Maintain business relations with existing company customers and ensure smooth customer service
• Be a primary contact for the customer handle inquiries, ensure accurate and timely orders management, organize and supervise cargo delivery
• Work in cooperation with colleagues to solve problems and ensure on-time delivery
• Analyse customer KPI and identify opportunities for improvement
• Ensure timely and effective claim and demurrage management
• Administrate international transportation documents

Reikalavimai

• Higher education or graduating student able to work full-time


• Excellent English and Italian language skills (both spoken and written is required)


• Strong communication, time management and problem solving skills


• Strong customer focus and ability to work under pressure


• Excellent follow-through and attention to detail
