COO (Chief operating officer)

Planning and organizing of works for managers;
Develop work processes;
Maintaining and monitoring staffing levels; develop dealer structure;
Negotiations with suppliers and clients, develop IT-systems.
The work includes also some travel.

• Higher university degree education
• Management experience , minimum 2 years
• Implementation force and decision skills
• Negotiation skills
• High computer knowledge
• Norwegian, Swedish or Danish language skills is an advantage
