Account Manager is one of the key roles at BPN and the industry overall.
Fostering everyday relationships and communication with key accounts
while driving agency teams to leverage our clients’ media investments
for significant brand growth results and sales performance.
Always eager to deep-dive into client’s business model, analyze &
understand factors affecting business growth and juggle with cutting
edge advertising techniques from creative, analytics to media outreach.

Such huge variability and scope of Account manager’s daily life is no
where close to calm and cosy office routine but those on the front sure
hell are thrilled by personal and professional rewards of making the
changes in our clients business real.

Requirements

  • Client focused and business-driven
  • High marketing literacy
  • 2+ years experience in the marketing communication field, working with the agency on the client or agency side
  • Keen on advertising media (especially digital) metrics and analytics
  • High level of computer literacy, especially with numbers:)
  • Proficient in Lithuanian & English
