Job Description
- Develop and maintain strategic business relationships with internal and external business-to-business (B2B) customers.
- Design customized solutions and workforce strategies for large international enterprises in Lithuania and EMEA region.
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to targets and objectives.
- Set priorities and expectations. Maintain progress checks and assess potential risks.
- Develop a good understanding of the Shared Services and Business Process Outsourcing industry.
- Service procurement, vendor/partner management.
- Attendance and active participation in industry events.
- Follow global industry trends as well as activities in local market.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in any of the following: Recruitment, Human Resources consultancy, Shared Services, Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), or related business.
- Strong ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with customers.
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
- Fluent English (both spoken and written).
- Passion for driving results and seeing projects through to completion.
- Positive attitude and high confidence managing change and deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Commitment to the highest level of business ethics and integrity.
- Strong computer skills (MS Word, MS Excel, and Web).
