Job Description

• Develop and maintain strategic business relationships with internal and external business-to-business (B2B) customers.
• Design customized solutions and workforce strategies for large international enterprises in Lithuania and EMEA region.
• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to targets and objectives.
• Set priorities and expectations. Maintain progress checks and assess potential risks.
• Develop a good understanding of the Shared Services and Business Process Outsourcing industry.
• Service procurement, vendor/partner management.
• Attendance and active participation in industry events.
• Follow global industry trends as well as activities in local market.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in any of the following: Recruitment, Human Resources consultancy, Shared Services, Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), or related business.
• Strong ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with customers.
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
• Fluent English (both spoken and written).
• Passion for driving results and seeing projects through to completion.
• Positive attitude and high confidence managing change and deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Commitment to the highest level of business ethics and integrity.
• Strong computer skills (MS Word, MS Excel, and Web).
