Job Description

What’s in store for you:

You’ll be solving challenges for top-tier clients and collaborating with industry professionals. We’ll fuel your professional growth with vast internal and external learning resources and an environment of teaming up and knowledge sharing.

The team waiting for you:

Our Enterprise Account Management team owns long-term growth across our B2B client portfolio - building trusted relationships, understanding business needs, and turning account ownership into measurable revenue impact. As an Account Manager, you’ll become a strategic partner to clients who rely on big data for their success, helping them get more value from our products while identifying opportunities to grow and strengthen the partnership. In a fast-growing global business, this role is key to keeping clients engaged, supported, and expanding over time. The challenge is to balance commercial ownership with trusted advisory, making sure every account has a clear path to long-term success.

In this role, you'll:

  • Own a portfolio of business customers of different sizes, building a clear understanding of their goals, product usage, risks, and growth potential.
  • Communicate with customers regularly to ensure they are getting value from our products, answer commercial or product-related questions, and identify where additional support is needed.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within your customer portfolio, qualify them based on customer needs, and move them through your opportunity pipeline.
  • Support customers during product adoption and deployment by coordinating internal resources, clarifying expectations, and helping remove blockers.
  • Manage customer agreements and renewals by preparing commercial terms, aligning timelines, and addressing risks before they affect retention.
  • Lead strategic account management activities, including account planning, at-risk account management, client visits or business trips when relevant, and projects that improve team processes.

Requirements

  • Several years of experience managing customer relationships or customer engagements, with a proven track record of delivering positive outcomes.
  • Strong relationship management and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand customer needs and turn them into action.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Creative, out-of-the-box thinking approach when identifying opportunities, solving challenges, and growing accounts.
  • Data-driven approach to sales, with knowledge of or experience using key sales and mailing tools.

Nice to have

  • Experience working with international B2B clients.
  • Prior experience in the technology sector.
  • Strategic Account Management experience.
