Job Description

  • Owning the whole invoice-payment process
  • Be an exceptional receiver, processer, and preparer of payments from our vendors
  • Powers to resolve organizational tasks
  • Be attentive to problems, discrepancies, and areas of improvement to optimize our processes, team, and organization as a whole
  • Be the human connection between our vendors and stakeholders
  • Close every month with precision, diligence, and a pat on the back
  • Excel in document handling and storage
  • Miscellaneous Accounting duties

Requirements

  • Studied the fine science of Accounting, Economics, or Finance
  • An immersive understanding of financial reporting and basic processes
  • Experience working with finance-related fields
  • Knowledge of IFRS accounting
  • Good English language skills
  • Meritorious:
    • You speak German, Finnish, and/or Swedish
    • You have worked with SAP before
