  • Responsibility of managing the cash allocations and cash management for allocated accounts in accordance with KPIs as set
  • Develop SAP key user knowledge of transactional processing for processes and exceptions
  • As Key user develop understanding of systems transactional knowledge to assist in testing for changes
  • Participate in team problem solving and knowledge management
  • Provide training development of new team members as required
  • Deal with internal and external (via telephone and e-mail) customers to facilitate allocation of payments correctly to accounts
  • Process and post non-SD related invoices as advised for Internal business partners in ERP systems
  • Prepare, liaise and post, with internal local business partners the calculations for the external debtor provisions
  • Co-ordinate with the Accounts Receivable Collections team with the Internal Market Area business partners to provide cash flow movements for cash forecasting analysis
  • Perform other duties as directed by the Cash Allocations & Management Team Lead


  • 2 plus years of finance experience
  • Higher education in Finance, Accounting or other relevant field
  • Very good SAP FICO (AR), Excel and other relevant skills
  • Fluency in English is mandatory, skills in Finnish, Swedish, French, German, Spanish, Portuguese are an asset
  • Understanding of Credit and Receivables process
  • Cash application processing knowledge
  • Banking system knowledge
  • Practical experience from a similar role
  • Strong finance and accounting skills
  • Transition experience desired
  • Customer service mindset
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work in shifts if required
