Accountant

Littelfuse Accounting department is looking for an Accountant to join our team in Kaunas office and take responsibility of fixed assets and control accounts receivable, analyze and verify financial transactions, reconcile accounts, resolve accounting issues and assist in reporting. This role reports directly to chief accountant.

About the job:

• Handle and control accounts receivable
• Calculate and post special accounts receivable reserves
• Collect information for customer invoicing, systemize and correct accounting
• Take responsibility of fixed assets accounting
• Research, document and resolve accounting issues, reconcile accounts
• Conduct internal audits for internal control purposes and to comply with current accounting standards
• Participate in regular accounting reports’ (internal and external) preparation
• Assist in month end/quarterly/year end close process and reporting

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or related field
• At least 2 years of similar job experience
• Advanced MS Office, especially MS Excel skills
• Great English language skills (written and verbal)
• Analytical and data-oriented personality with high attention to details
• Self-starter with strong learning capabilities and communication skills
