Job Description

  • Accounting according to Lithuanian legislation and company requirements
  • Prepare, review and distribute various financial reports on a regular basis
  • Perform finance operations and accounting tasks – record payments in accounting system, control received materials in accounting system
  • Perform payroll calculations and other accounting functions associated with direct labor
  • Prepare internal monthly, quarterly, yearly reports
  • Track expenses and revenues vs. budget and forecast and analyze fluctuations
  • Actively participate in the budget & forecast processes
  • Maintain budget and forecast information in the accounting system
  • Evaluate profit and cost efficiencies in various areas of the organization as needed
  • Work effectively as a team member, sharing responsibility, providing support, maintaining communication and updating senior team members on progress

    • Requirements

  • Completed higher education (Bachelor's or Master's degree) in the field of accounting, finance or economics
  • At least 2 years of successful experience (working experience in international company is preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of Lithuanian tax (VAT, Income tax) and statutory reporting regulations
  • Good PC skills (MS Office), experience with accounting programs
  • Excellent English skills in communication level (written and oral)
  • Analytical thinking, integrative, initiative, responssible, well- organised, accurate, friendly, adaptible, precise.
