Job Description

The Accounting and Purchasing Administrator is responsible for supporting the delivery of the Finance and Procurement Operations Centre (POC) in order to deliver a robust, cost effective and committed supply base capable of supporting significant growth expectations. The Accounting and Purchasing Administrator will primarily administer the purchase order process for a variety of goods and services ensuring compliance to contract and challenging commercial terms where appropriate.
 
This role will also support the rest of the Finance function by providing general administrative and analytical work in order to drive cost savings, risk reduction and operational improvements.
 
Main Activities:

  • Administer the purchase order process ensuring exemplary control is in place to ensure we optimise capability.
  • Developing strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance to prescribed purchasing processes.
  • Delivery of customer service level expectations (value, supply, quality, innovation, risk management).
  • Ensure adherence to procurement policies, procedures and practices.
  • Enhance effective supplier assurance management and governance through administration and analysis of due diligence information.
  • Support analytical requirements through supplier and market research

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Economics / Mathematics / Business administration / Finance or similar,
  • Previous experience of procurement or finance,
  • Fluent in English and Lithuanian,
  • Excel, Word and PowerPoint proficiency,
  • Attention to details, ability to multitask and good communication skills,
  • Analytical, responsible and accurate.
