Accounting Manager

• Accounting Manager will organize the work of department employees in/ ensure performing of property, liabilities and business transactions bookkeeping in compliance with local legislation and corporate standards to ensure the smooth business processes at the plant
• Responsible for monthly tax declaration & related tax issue, to ensure daily operation of business avoiding tax risk
• Ensure for processing of day-to-day financial transaction in good order

Responsibilities:

• Leading the accounting team and enhance its development, as well as to ensure results (efficiency, quality); applying human relations processes that drive people performance and planning
• Ensure performing of property, liabilities and business transactions bookkeeping
• Supervising annual stock-tacking and inventory of assets and liabilities
• Coordinating and align internal service from international Financial Service Center
• Providing the financial performance reports in accounting
• Providing tax authorities with financial performance reports in accounting
• Providing statistical and other authorities with financial performance reports in accounting
• Cooperating with external financial audits for all relevant items 

• University Degree in Economics or Finance
• Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience in the field is required of which 2-3 years in a supervisory role
• Experience in working in a large international corporation and in complex matrix organizations (minimum 2 years)
• Good understanding of project and process management knowledge (minimum 2 years)
• Strong analytical, problem solving and decision making skills, planning and organizational skills
• Communicating effectively and working under time pressure to strict deadlines
• Knowledge about Lithuanian GAP and tax regulations, legal topics (Labor, Union) and local HR rules
• Deep understanding of all relevant systems, financial, accounting & controlling tools and processes
• Proficient English skills
