My name is Seira Jeruševičienė and I am leading Accounts Payable and Supplier Invoice Financing Process Experts Team in Finance Shared Services department at Telia Global Services Lithuania.
Our team is currently looking for an Accounts Payable Process Expert in Accounts Payable Coupa & Re-fx team to work with Coupa processes.
Your next challenge?
Accounts Payable function is responsible for ensuring that invoices' flow in the company is managed according to all rules and requirements. As a team, we strive to increase customer satisfaction and add sustainable value to our company's operations and other entities. As a Finance Shared Services department, we are one, integrated, cross-company team consisting of highly skilled financial, accounting, operational professionals who operate in deep collaboration with all our stakeholders, suppliers and colleagues.
Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Specialize on the existing processes within Accounts Payable and possess deep knowledge in End-to-End processes
Contribute in change processes, driving continuous improvement and development through process-teams and projects
Solve unique and complex problems that have a broad impact on the business
Act as support to the managers and colleagues in accounting, process and systems issues within the Accounts Payable area
Collaborate with other business areas both within and outside own department
Be part of projects and could lead projects and smaller project teams
Lead change and setting requirements in development areas
Be recognized as an expert within the organization, both within and beyond own function
Perform monthly Period-End-Closing activities
Secure implementation of projects, both from resource planning and business requirements
Who are you?
In order to excel in this team, you need to have proven experience in financial area, have great understanding of accounting principles, be a team player, have attention to details and inspiration to drive and support improvements.

Your experience:
+ 2 years of experience within Accounts Payable or Finance business support, preferable from an international company
Experience working close with IT department and system solutions
Documented experience from process development
Fluent in English, written and spoken
Good knowledge in Excel
University degree

Working in this position you will receive a monthly base salary 1570 – 2200 Eur (gross) plus annual bonuses depending on your competencies and your and Telia results.
