Accounts Receivable Senior specialist

Senior specialist mostly processing monitoring and incoming payments, she/he must ensure the accuracy and efficiency of daily operations and be responsible for performing credit management tasks and intercompany account reconciliations.

• Perform day-to-day accounts receivable activities according to defined procedures;
• Process bank statements;
• Identify and clarify payment discrepancies;
• Perform credit management tasks;
• Issue intercompany invoices and balance reconciliations;
• Proactively communicate with other departments and internal clients;
• Complete special projects as assigned.

• Bachelor Degree in Finance or Accounting;
• 2 + years of experience in accounting field;
• Excellent communication and team work skills;
• Ability to plan and prioritize tasks;
• English is required and one additional European language (Spanish/Italian/ Portuguese/German) would be considered as a huge advantage.
