Activity Based Costing (ABC) Profitability Lead

I am Polina Rys and I am leading Finance Control Team. We are a great bunch of people, and I am super proud of every member of our team.

Currently I am looking for a Activity Based Costing (ABC) Profitability Lead to lead profitability methodology development and model implementation project based on ABC methodology. In this exciting role, you will take the lead putting in place consistent automatized profitability model, which will bring visibility and enable informed business decisions to maximize value creation for the company.

Your next challenge?

 Is this going to be the best challenge for you? Check the list below, hopefully it is you who we want. Your primary duties would be:

  • Lead existing profitability model analysis, gap to to-be state evaluation

  • Communicate with external consultants and coordinate their work

  • Create (in cooperation with consultants) new methodology blueprint

  • Implement renewed ABC calculation automation solution (business requirements, cooperation with IT)

  • Ensure process changes and report progress and results

  • Own ABC methodology continuous maintenance and development being closely involved in ABC calculation process

Your experience:

  • Advanced knowledge in accounting and reporting

  • Have 4+ years of relevant work experience including change and project management

  • Have experience to operate effectively in a large, complex, matrix organizational structure

  • Have experience working with Activity Based Costing (ABC) methodology

  • Excellent communication skills with people, the ability to communicate and manage well at all levels of the company and the staff in the distance

  • Very good English language skills

  • University degree in Finance, Business Administration or similar
