Job Description

  • Set up ad networks and monitor their performance daily;
  • Manage several ad network dashboards, mediations and waterfalls;
  • Troubleshoot, test ads and collaborate with QA;
  • Manage ads quality: report ads that are not suitable for kids;
  • Analyze large amounts of data and identify patterns for optimisation;
  • Plan optimisation, A/B test, implement, measure results and iterate.

Requirements

  • Possess strong analytical skills, be data driven and structured;
  • Be able to multitask and prioritize competing tasks;
  • Be able to work alone and in a team;
  • Be goal-oriented and have a “make-it-happen” attitude;
  • Have excellent written and spoken English language skills;
  • Advantage: Experience with ad networks or mediation;
  • Advantage: Experience with analytics platforms. If you have this experience, please describe it in more detail in your resume or motivation letter.
