Usual office work:
- Doing the paper work;
- Scanning documents;
- Communicating with bookkeepers (handover accounts payable/receivables, salary, accounting procedures, corrections);
- Preparing orders, applications, other letters;
- Hiring procedures, employment contracts, amendments to those contracts;
- Purchasing (office supplies) / other various minor tasks;
- Report to SoDra on hiring/firing...
Work location – KMTP; New equipment and friendly collective.
- Fluent speaking english;
- Skills/knowledge in office routines and administration;
- Possibility to work 50%;
- Willing to work that job fulltime in future;
