Position is based at the Customer's site in Elektrėnai.
- daily administrative tasks (taking calls, answering e-mails, making copies, faxing)
- preparing initial accounting documents (expenses claims, travel requests)
- supporting managers and other team members
- planning and ordering business trips for team members, processing bookings
- translating tasks (optionally)
- administrating work experience
- basic knowledge in accounting
- excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office package
- fluent English and Lithuanian
- knowledge of French would be an advantage
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- attention to detail and the ability to accurately convey information verbally and in writing
- work experience in the international company
- international team and environment
We will cover future Employee's travels to the workplace expenses if he/she is living not in Elektrėnai.
