Your responsibilities:

  • office reception management
  • daily office support
  • outgoing/ incoming correspondence preparation and handling
  • document/ agreement preparation
  • rent a car service and extra service sales
  • customer service and consulting
  • data input

Requirements

What do we expect:

  • experience in office administration and/or management assistance
  • customer service experience
  • ability to sell
  • great communication skills
  • at least secondary education
  • B category licence
  • Self - motivated and proactive personality
  • organized, precise and responsible personality
  • English and Lithuanian, preferably Russian and other language knowledge
