• Identify, recruit, and engage potential affiliates
• Run and monitor affiliate marketing campaigns
• Measure affiliate channels’ performance, analyze and take measures to optimize and improve their performance
• Report and identify areas of new opportunities
• Own an affiliate marketing strategy, leverage data to drive actionable decisions that inform and help the business grow
• Drive new sales growth with existing partners
• Understand how changes in competition and the dynamic event landscape impact affiliate performance, and build scalable, automated solutions to stay ahead of the trend

• Outstanding organizational and communication skills
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English
• Ability to build and maintain relationships
• High attentiveness to details combined with proactiveness

• Deep understanding of affiliate marketing models and tracking tools
• Availability to travel a lot
• Strong analytical skills, including proficiency in using web and data analytic tools (preferred)

Work from anywhere. We have offices in the major Lithuanian cities – Vilnius, Kaunas, Klaipėda – but in case you can’t think of what pants to wear today, waiting for your cat’s food to be delivered, or casually chilling in Tenerife – gotcha. Meet you at the Zoom party.
