Job Description

AS AGILE PROJECT MANAGER you will work closely with both technical and non-technical teams to ensure the right technical solution is delivered to solve specific business objectives. A key part of the role is understanding the commercial strategies of the Group and its constituent businesses. You will own projects for their full lifecycle from inception to final delivery from both a technical and operational perspective.  You will work closely with the external customer, Product Owners, internal stakeholders and multiple delivery teams.

Strong analytical skills will help you strategically pinpoint issues which must be resolved in a measurable way. Your visible approach combined with excellent communication skills will ensure that the strategic vision is passed down from the executive level to all team members and internal/external stakeholders. You will coach team members to follow your lead in presenting complex risks and opportunities in clear, actionable form, allowing well informed decisions to be made.

The role is based in Vilnius where there is a strong development team presence but as a global company your projects will not be restricted to one location. Therefore a willingness to travel is essential.


  • Working closely with our globally based Product Owner(s) and subject matter experts you will ensure the project vision is well understood by all project members so the correct requirements are specified and prioritised before being fed into the respective development teams
  • Promote strong cross-team/departmental communication and collaboration
  • Ensure delivery approach is aligned to good Agile/Lean practices
  • Set out the objectives of projects to ensure team members clearly understand the project vision and how various departments will interact with the delivered product
  • Encourage innovation and fresh ideas by re-enforcing the vision throughout the project/programme, ensuring teams understand how their work fits into the bigger picture
  • Ensure all team members have a clear understanding of their role and are empowered to carry out their responsibilities
  • Ensure that the initial plan has flexibility to respond to changing business objectives
  • Look to eradicate risks/impediments early
  • Ensure effective communication of project/programme status to all stakeholders and team members
  • Facilitation of key Agile project/programme meetings with relevant technical and operational staff: Project KO meetings; Project stand ups; Project retrospectives


  • 4+  years of Project Management or similar role in an Agile environment, with a proven track record of successful project delivery
  • Very strong customer service, communication and organisational skills
  • Strong knowledge of the Scrum and/or Kanban Agile software delivery methodologies
  • Experience of managing multiple, parallel projects in a technical environment
  • Experience of working with multiple development and/or operational teams in multiple geographic locations, across multiple time zones
  • Familiarity with JIRA and related Atlassian technology
  • Experience in working closely with external customers and skilled in expectation management
