Job Description
Analytics Manager for Lithuania Analytics team. Responsible for management of work load of Lithuanian analytics team. Primary responsibilities are providing Analytic service to other lines of business through Group analytics and also provide support to UK led analytic projects.
As the team develops opportunity for involvement in the development of analytically driven innovation projects across different lines of business will arise. For example, current projects include Machine Learning, Open Banking /PSD2 and Fraud Analytics.
The role and the wider team’s will predominantly be focused in financial services but also including other verticals such as insurance, telecoms and retail.
Main Activities:
- Delivery of specific client analytical and consultancy projects; including the management & development of analytics personnel
- Data insight from Callcredit data products to support the Data Pre-Sales line of business and also provide analysis and support for revenue generating projects for analytics and consulting.
- Ongoing monitoring and development/re-development of Callcredit / products
- Provide timely analytic service to agreed service levels. Responsibilities will include a catalogue of regular jobs and the updating of analytics assets / central data repositories.
Requirements
- Credit risk management expertise is significant advantage
- Development of scorecards across acquisition & customer management
- Highly numerate & logical thinker with mathematical based qualification
- Good communicator
- Highly proficient in SAS and able to apply statistical techniques to business problems
- Experience of Data Science, Machine learning, R, Python, MS AzureML would be beneficial
- Understanding and familiarity of CRA databases and process would be beneficial
- Proven consultancy skills in a client facing environment would be an advantage
