Job Description
Reporting directly to the CTO you will be accountable for the successful development and delivery of Android versions of our products.
Your immediate focus will be on the reconsideration, technical redesign of the existing product and its further development as per set milestones.
You’ll be expected to work in cooperation with the other team members in order to provide best quality in due time.
Requirements
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field,
- 3+ years professional experience with Android application development,
- Proficiency in programming languages such Java, Python or C++,
- Computer Science fundamentals in object-oriented design,
- Computer Science fundamentals in data structures,
- Computer Science fundamentals in algorithm design, problem solving, and complexity analysis.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience building complex software systems that have been successfully delivered to customers,
- Experience with browser based solution development, tuning and optimization,
- Knowledge of Blink and Chromium Internals (or other browser),
- Experience with media frameworks and applications,
- Knowledge of professional software engineering practices and best practices for the full software development,
- Life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations,
- Experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery, deployment pipelines, and build/verification systems,
- Good knowledge of the open-source landscape,
- Fluent English.
