Job Description

• owning the whole invoice-payment process;


• be an exceptional receiver, processer, and preparer of payments from vendors;


• be attentive to problems, discrepancies, and areas of improvement to optimize  processes, team, and organization as a whole;


• be the human connection between vendors and stakeholders;


• close every month with precision, diligence, and a pat on the back;


• excel in document handling and storage;


• miscellaneous Accounting duties and organizational tasks.

Requirements

Essential Skills and Experience:

• educational background in accounting / economics/ finance;
• an immersive understanding of financial reporting and basic processes;
• experience working with finance-related fields;
• very good English language skills.

Desirable Skills and Experience:

• knowledge of IFRS accounting;
• German language skills;
• experience with SAP.
